How to Determine Your Ring Size
Unsure about which ring size to choose? We're here to help! There are several methods you can use:
-
Using an Existing Ring:
- Measure the internal diameter of a ring that fits well using a ruler.
- Refer to the table below to determine your ring size. Alternatively, you can use a jeweler's mandrel, which is readily available, or visit a local jeweler who can determine the correct size for you.
-
If You Do Not Have a Ring:
- Measure your finger's circumference at the joint using a string or dental floss. Make sure the string does not stretch.
- Place the measured string against a ruler to get the length in millimeters. This measurement corresponds to the EU ring size.
General Tips for Measuring:
- Temperature Effects: Fingers can swell with higher temperatures. Measure in room temperature and consider the knuckle, which the ring must slide over.
- Borderline Sizes: If your measurement falls between two sizes, it's usually better to choose the larger size.
- Accuracy: While home measurements are helpful, they may not always be precise. For the most accurate measurement, it is recommended to get sized at a jeweler using ring sizers.
