Every piece of jewelry you order, including earrings or rings, is shipped in a black gift box. Inside, we include a grey cleaning cloth that you can use to polish the jewelry to a higher shine if needed. It also serves as a suitable filler inside the box to keep the jewelry secure during transit. This box is provided free of charge and does not need to be ordered separately. If you order multiple pieces of jewelry, each piece will have its own box.

For pendants, we recommend ordering a silver chain as well, which we will thread through the eyelet of the pendant and place in the box. This ensures that the chain will fit the pendant properly, can be threaded through the eyelet, and the pendant can be immediately worn around the neck of the recipient. It also looks much better in the box. The chain is not permanently attached to the pendant, so you can also use it with your other pendants. If you have a favorite chain, you can wear or gift the pendant with your own chain.

Necklaces always have the chain permanently attached, so there is no need to order it separately. However, it cannot be detached and used for a pendant.

If you do not like the jewelry, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the shipment. We will refund your money or help you choose a more suitable piece of jewelry. We value you, our customers, and always go out of our way to accommodate you!
